CBX042: No approved cases

What happened

The evaluation needs approved cases in the split it uses, and the workspace has none yet.

What to do

Run casebox mine, wait for validation, then approve cases with casebox review or on the Cases page. A held-out split fills as reviews assign every fifth case to it.
